Massage Therapy Certification
The Body Therapy Center & School of Massage (BTCSM) offers options to prepare students for a career as a massage therapist:
The school’s private program, which meets one day a week and one weekend per month for a full year; with the option of adding on a mastery program. (Founded by Holly Pinto in 1996 in Swansea, IL)
In partnership with Southwestern Illinois College (SWIC), students may enroll in a 602-hour (27 credit hour) certificate program. Tuition and fees are paid directly to SWIC as students of the college; courses are held at BTCSM.
Meditation
This is a path of love, compassion and kindness. Whether a beginner or a long time Meditator there is something here for you. Come join our community.
Mastery Programs
It is with great gratitude that we can offer three mastery level certifications. The three programs are a five level certification in Myo- fascial release, a certification in Neuro-Muscular Therapy.
Yoga
All are welcome to BTCSM; this includes for the practice of yoga to enrich your body physically and mentally. People often think they aren’t physically able to do yoga, but yoga at BTCSM is adapted to each participant to allow individual needs to be addressed.
