Please join Dean for a weekend focusing on the torso with an emphasis on freeing the breath.  There is a direct relationship between held breath and holding in the body. In this class we will learn to recognize and address tension patterns in the rib cage, diaphragm and abdomen that affect breathing.  We will explore specific techniques to release the holding we discover and to integrate this work with the flowing Esalen Massage approach. This class is open to all experienced Esalen and other Massage professionals.
