The body of fascia is like peeling an onion. We need to warm the superficial layer before dropping to the deeper layers. Dry Techniques are used to open fascia in layers superficial to deep. In addition, just learning to work in the tissues without lubrication takes a sensitivity and a presence that is a skill set. In this short course, you will learn how to enter dry tissue mindfully, and release long held tension in key body areas.
