Our lives, in this fast -paced culture today, are filled with not only anxieties, but deep fears. We are all wired to feel fear. It is our protector. We are supposed to feel fear in certain situations.  It’s a feeling we have all felt. It’s there a lot. It is there too much and we stay in stress responses too long. Sometimes referred to a chronic fight/flight.  This class teaches a very basic understanding of how we might learn to lean into the fear. In this short class you will begin to learn to use your resources to rest in the heart space that is bigger than the fear.  We know that unfaced fears turn toxic. We will learn Tara Brach’s self- care antidote RAIN. This class is based on Tara’s book Radical Compassion that was just published. This is about fears and anxieties that we deal with on a daily basis. This is not a class for deep trauma related fears. Please join us for 90 minutes of lesson and meditation. There is a light in learning to stay. There is a path that leads us out of these beliefs and into growth and awakening. Please join us.
