Interpersonal communication ethics is defined as all of the interactions between two people. As long as one of the two people has a good purpose, it will be considered as ethical interpersonal communication.  This two- hour ethics class addresses issues that arise when people are faced with decisions about whether and how to communicate messages that are likely to have significant influence on others and in your massage practice. Some interpersonal skills include: active listening, teamwork, responsibility, dependability, leadership, motivation, flexibility, patience. All of these behaviors play an important role in maintain healthy boundaries and a healthy professional practice. We will cover this by learning six principles of being ethical in a professional practice.
