Get familiar with the Energetic body and learn techniques to help relax and calm your clients in a holistic way. Students will become familiar with the Energetic Body, including Chakras, and Auras, and how each one affects the physical body. They will also learn ways to increase their confidence in their own intuition, create an intentional practice, and how to use it effectively and appropriately in a massage setting. Students will learn hands-on energy work techniques that can be integrated into their current practice or used alone as a separate offering for clients. Includes knowledge of uses of stones, essential oils, and healing music to holistically treat each chakra. Ends with techniques to “disconnect” from client to promote energetic self-awareness as a bodyworker.
